Beginners, experienced, experts? Whatever the level of your students with regard to business management, the 4 levels of difficulty of the simulator allow you to make tailor-made sessions to meet your needs.
Each level of difficulty adds additional details to the simulation and forces students to think more about the decisions to take each turn.
When you create your parts from your teacher interface, you define the level of difficulty for each of them.
The first level of difficulty is very suitable for students with little or no knowledge of business management. The simulator proposes only a small number of levers on which students will have to act.
This mode is also suitable for a simulator discovery session.
This second level brings a lot of additional notions. In particular, students must manage the salespersons in the company. Their ability to go and find customers depends on the growth of the business.
It is now possible to choose its supplier of raw materials which influences the production costs and the quality of products manufactured ...
This second level is suitable for students with good knowledge of business management or for students who already have a good knowledge of the simulator and to whom you want to introduce new concepts.
This third level offers maximum detail and goes so far as to offer entrepreneurs to play on the stock market.
Again, this level is well suited to students with good knowledge of business management or to students who already have a good knowledge of the simulator and to whom you want to introduce new concepts.
This fourth level offers the additional management of: boss salary, investments in the Works Council and in a loyalty program.
Most importantly, trade receivables and payables are introduced.
For each of the 4 levels, you can activate the "expert" accounting option to activate additional pages for your students.
